Yes! Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm at 2 Ncondo Place, Umhlanga Ridge. Bring your South African ID and any certificates you have. Scanning a QR code at reception will check you into the digital queue automatically.

At minimum: your South African ID and a recent CV. If you have them, also bring matric certificates, any post-school qualifications and references. We'll guide you through anything else during the process.

Most of our roles are on-site at our Umhlanga campus, but we do offer some hybrid and remote roles — check the location filter on our search jobs page. For learnership and training roles, we sometimes help with relocation to Durban.

Our process is deliberately quick. Step 1: screening call (15 mins). Step 2: personality assessment (20 mins, online). Step 3: competency interview with a Team Leader (30-45 mins). Step 4: offer and onboarding. Most candidates go from first call to signed offer in 5-7 working days.

Most of our campaigns operate Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Some international and retentions teams work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends — those roles carry shift allowances. Rosters are published 2 weeks in advance.

100%. Every role on our job board shows the salary range and commission or SPIV structure upfront. You'll know exactly how much you can earn, and how. Base salaries are paid on the 25th of each month.
