A family-owned studio at the foot of the Soutpansberg, turning African trophies into pieces your family will still be proud of in fifty years — mounted, documented and shipped by one team.
Field and Stream Taxidermy is led by master taxidermist Tony Rathbone and his daughter, CEO Dominique. Born in Zambia, Tony grew up on stories of the 1950s hunting era — a passion that became a studio in Louis Trichardt in 1986, nestled at the base of Songozwi in the Soutpansberg.
Today it is one of Southern Africa’s largest taxidermy studios, and still small enough that the people who mount your trophy are the people who answer your email.
